how do i order a photograph?

we have tried to make this process as easy as possible!

•    find the black and white photograph(s) you wish to order (by using our search facility or browsing our portfolios)
•    view it framed/unframed
•    decide which size and format you would like it in and select
•    fill in all your relevant details in our shopping cart and process your order
•    we will look after the rest!

i saw one of your black and white photographs in your gallery/a friends house, but i cannot find it online, how do i buy it?

simply email a detailed description of the image to us on info@gilesnorman.com and we will do our best to identify it for you

is your site secure?

yes we have secure online payment facilities using realex

i do not want to pay with credit card, how else can i pay?

you can select the option ‘mail payment’ and post us a bankers draft for the euro amount, we will process your order as soon as we receive the draft

i have just placed an order and i want to change it?

Just email us your name and the changes you wish to make and we will modify your order

i have just placed an order and it’s a gift, when can i/they expect it?

If you email us at info@gilesnorman.com with the date you need it for we will do our best to honour your request, you will also be sent tracking details once you order is shipped so you can track it online

what type of camera does Giles use?

for any of his black and white photography captured pre 2006 he used a Nikon F80 and a Hasselblad X-pan. he currently uses a d300

can we purchase gift vouchers?

yes our specially designed giles norman gift cards can be both purchased and redeemed online. to purchase go to the gift card section and follow the instructions. to redeem, process your order as normal and when you reach payment option click on pay with gift card and enter gift voucher number

do you have sales or special offers?

Yes. throughout the year we have special offers which we email to our mailing list database, if you would like to be added please go to our contact section on our website and fill in your details our mailing lists are strictly confidential and not made available to any third parties.

how much is postage and packaging?

what is your returns policy?

go to our refund/exchange policy page where all of our policies are listed.

does giles undertake commissions?

if you are interested in requesting a private commission by giles, please email us your request and we would be happy to discuss it with him.

does giles give workshops or talks?

due to time restrictions Giles does not hold workshops or talks, if you have specific questions email us on info@gilesnorman.com and we will do our best to answer them.

i am completing a project for a photography course and would like to base it on giles, can you send me on relevant information?
